Orders & Pricing

Prices are as displayed at checkout. Presales use a deposit + balance model: deposits are fully refundable before shipment; if the balance is unpaid within 14 days of notice, we may cancel the order and refund the deposit.

Returns

30-day no-questions-asked returns in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Statutory rights (including EU 14-day withdrawal) are unaffected.

Warranty

2-year warranty from activation or shipment. Damage from misuse or unauthorized disassembly is excluded.

Acceptable Use

Keep your account secure and do not use this site for unlawful activity. Reviews must be truthful; we may decline to display violating content.

Disputes

Governing law and venue will be specified based on the operating entity at launch.
